Nicora ("we", "us", "the Service") is an online marketplace of AI-powered productivity tools accessed through a monthly subscription. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to a paid plan.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically each month at the price displayed on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, to attempt to reverse engineer the Service, or to circumvent usage limits.

5. Content and intellectual property

You own the outputs you generate using the tools, subject to the underlying AI provider's terms. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to provide the Service.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing it before use.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
